Yesterday, Mike got his eighth interview offer from University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. However, since we know that we would not choose Vermont over Miami, he promptly withdrew from consideration. Why waste the money on a plane ticket and hotel room? He also withdrew from consideration at SUNY a few weeks ago for the same reason.
As for other med school stuff, Mike is basically on the wait list at Michigan and he hasn't gotten an interview offer yet from either UF or UCF. We are heading down to Boca Raton and Miami this weekend to choose between the two campuses. Then, we just have decide how much longer we are willing to wait to hear from other schools before starting to make plans for the fall.
