I know that almost all of you know this already through Facebook, but I just wanted to spread the news through as many media as possible! We found out today that our little baby is a boy! He was quite the exhibitionist during the ultrasound and I saw "boy parts" at least twice before the tech confirmed it. Of course, even though I knew what she was going to say, I still starting sobbing and telling Mike "I knew it!" over and over as soon as she said, "It's a boy!" He must be a big boy too, because if I'm reading the ultrasound info right, he's 16 cm crown to rump, which is 6.3 inches. He's supposed to be that big around 20 weeks, not 18 weeks! Well, it's good to know he's growing even when I'm not.
I love that I'm going to be the mommy to a little man! I can't wait for soccer, t-ball, and pee-wee football!

I'm gonna giggle if he comes to you and says he wants to take dance classes :-)
and then you'll have a girl who will beg to play football! haha.
I'd be completely fine with that, but its highly unlikely. Fleming males tend to be obsessed with sports of some kind (if not with all sports). Plus, since his cousin Jack is really into sports, I think James will want to compete with him. Not to mention Mike will encourage it. So, nature and nuture are both in favor of this kid playing sports.
Oh and our girl(s) won't have to beg to play football. They can play whatever they want. I have a feeling that they will end up just about as sports obsessed as their brother(s).
