Mike's Promotion

Apparently, Mike is doing really well at his job because he was promoted to Team Leader today! This means that for the next project Mike will be responsible for overseeing a group of employees, teaching them how to score their batch of questions, making decisions about how to score unclear answers, and correcting his team's mistakes. I think the aspect of this promotion that he is happiest about is the variety that it will add to his work day. Though, the small pay raise is a close second. He starts training on Monday.
